For greater speed and economy, continuous laser printing is the solution for longer run mailings. We have recently upgraded our systems to the latest Delphax CR1300P which prints full 600 x 600 dpi quality with web width of 500mm at high speed with in-line finishing and guillotining. This remarkable machine prints duplex as well as simplex but without the complexities of joining two machines together. The difference in cost between cut sheet and continuous for duplex printing is truly staggering and the speed of production is equally surprising.
Adding to this our Continuous Stationary Finishing equipment and we have a very powerful set of services. We can slit continuous stationary, then guillotine to A4, jog to precision and fold to produce items 210mm, A5 or DL. The merge/fold unit is used to nest items that have been personalised on continuous stationary and have both personalised sides facing in the same direction.
Our latest technology sheet fed laser machines offer a high speed high quality alternative to continuous lasers for shorter run personalisation and can print simplex or duplex on a wide variety of papers and in many different sizes.
